Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will contribute to the operational excellence of HR processes and act as a trusted partner to employees and managers across the organization.

Qualifications:

Your Profile

• Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further qualification as a Certified HR Specialist.
• Experience: At least two years of professional experience in a similar HR role.
• Service Orientation: Strong commitment to employee and organizational needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with labor and tariff law is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP HR and Workday is an advantage.
• Languages: Fluent in German with solid English skills used confidently in daily work.
