Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership to specified managers and analysts to ensure our sales force has the right information at the right time to retain and grow business. The Sr. Manager will focus on continuous improvement, driving portfolio profitability, and fostering innovation while building strong relationships across the organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and ensuring accountability for achieving and exceeding operational goals.

  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of advanced sales enablement processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while driving efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Establish and optimize structures to maintain high service delivery standards through process automation, centralization, and streamlining, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

  • Monitor and assess operational activities and performance using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Evaluate the costs and benefits of innovative strategies and process improvements, selecting and implementing the most effective options to enhance business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with all organizational levels to resolve complex issues, drive cross-functional initiatives, and improve sales operations efficiency.

  • Synthesize historical and projected data to provide comprehensive performance insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal business partners, including Sr. Sales leadership, to resolve conflicts, ensure alignment, and enhance the overall sales team experience.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to simplify operations, prioritize multiple initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage complex projects, including planning, organizing, and resource management, to achieve business goals and deliver high-impact results.

  • Promote effective two-way communication and collaboration between sales and overall sales operations teams, ensuring alignment and synergy.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales analysis or related area.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, including indirect management and project assignment.

  • Advanced critical thinking that blends observation, data, and fact-based insight with intuition and foresight.

  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities.

  • Ability to apply financial and business problem-solving skills to complex business challenges.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
