Iron Mountain is seeking a target-oriented and self-motivated Senior Executive/Coordinator to join our Records and Information Management (RIM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility operations across multiple sites, supervising both in-house and vendorized teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

You will collaborate across various warehouse operations to integrate safety and security standards while driving the qualitative and on-time execution of large-scale projects.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Multi-Site Productivity: Manage daily and monthly operations for 4–5 warehouse facilities, ensuring all teams meet productivity targets and adhere to safety and security protocols.

  • Lead Project Execution: Plan and deliver Records and Information Management (RIM) projects—including retrieval, racking, and Image on Demand (IOD) scanning—within the specified scope of work and Turnaround Time (TAT).

  • Manage Performance and Escalations: Monitor facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards while proactively resolving client escalations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing multiple operational sites, specifically within Records and Information Management (RIM) and warehouse environments.

  • Strong knowledge of production workflows, facility consolidation, and high proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

  • Proven ability in leadership and team management, with a customer-oriented mindset and the flexibility to relocate based on project requirements.

  • A Graduate degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is preferred.
