Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a FFDR Systems Engineering Manager 3 Campaign Lead for the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division Engineering and Manufacturing team. This position will be located in Roy, UT or Colorado Springs, CO and will provide enabling support for all business areas within the SDS portfolio. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

The Sentinel program has an exciting opportunity for a First Flight Design Review (FFDR) Campaign Lead on the Sentinel Systems Engineering team. FFDR is the Sentinel program's major program event (MPE) which establishes that the Sentinel first flight configuration is defined and ready to support the program's First Flight test event. The FFDR Campaign Lead has leadership responsibility for the FFDR MPE; they lead the development and integration activities for FFDR to enable success at the culminating FFDR event.

Salary Range: $156,000.00 - $246,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
