Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of Codornices Veterinary Clinic. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional who can balance team leadership with operational oversight. The Practice Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, staff are supported, and client experiences remain exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Management

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

• Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.

Operational & Financial Oversight

• Manage daily business operations, including budgeting, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships.

• Monitor key performance indicators to support financial goals and clinic growth.

• Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and workflows.

Client Service & Communication

• Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.

• Support client communication, education, and engagement in pet care.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with all relevant veterinary regulations, safety standards, and clinic protocols.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, patients, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in veterinary or medical practice management, or related leadership role.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Financial management experience including budgeting, reporting, and payroll.

• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is preferred.

Salary: $75,000-90,000k BOE
