The Opportunity

  • Responsible for the scheduling and planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize production planning and scheduling across multiples sites and lines
  • Site scheduling and planning according to the forecast
  • Forecast anticipated materials requirements to support production planning
  • Focus on optimizing capacity and minimizing downtime
  • Coordinate supply to ensure availability of materials in line with demand
  • Ensure the timely flow of materials to production lines
  • Manage the return and movement of finished goods to distribution facilities
  • Handle customs clearance and shipping processes
  • Oversee and manage materials inventory levels and accuracy
  • You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences.  These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in planning/scheduling in a manufacturing, preferably in dairy, FMCG or similar industry
  • Strong organization and time management, high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and resulted oriented
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Resilient under pressure and commercially astute
