This position will be responsible for executing on internal collaboration efforts and strategic initiatives relative to our National TAS Practice.  Working directly with the TAS Operations Manager, this role will assist with the development and execution of project plans and strategic efforts across our TAS Channels, Solutions, Industries and Practice Operations.  The TAS Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of assigned projects through the project life cycle and supporting the practice on ad hoc requests as needed.  This role will need to develop strong relationships with Various TAS Leaders and Functional Groups (Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, Resource Management, Finance, Business Development, Pull Though).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Growth Support

  • Work with the TAS Channel, Solution, and Industry teams to define and scope growth initiatives
  • Help lead the growth, development, pilot and roll-out of new product offerings across National TAS Practice
  • Facilitate the collaboration and integration new solutions within the TAS practice
  • Support the continued expansion and development of the TAS Industry Program
  • Organize and develop enhanced protocols and best practices for identifying and cross-selling post-closing services, including the tracking and monitor progress on an on-going basis and managing eCRM leadership reporting and dashboards
  • Track and report on metrics associated with TAS growth and strategic collaboration efforts (inclusive of financial metrics and eCRM Reporting)
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic growth partners (Pull Through COE, Marketing, Business Development, and LOB Leaders)

Operational Support

  • Provide direct support for time-sensitive and proprietary tasks for Assigned Leadership team members as requested.
  • Partner with IT and Internal Departments (HR, sales, marketing, finance, legal) to develop, implement and maintain effective and efficient support processes
  • Manage and facilitate relevant system implementations by working with service line leaders, technical counterparts, internal support functions, and vendors as necessary
  • Work with TAS leadership in addressing risk mitigation, process improvement, communication, and support needs affecting the successful pursuit, sale, and delivery of client solutions
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes around capturing information/data and advancing TAS growth objectives
  • Facilitate the creation and development of analytics and reporting for TAS Leaders (financial metrics/results, Resource Management, Headcount and Leverage Analysis, WIP Analytics, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver internal presentations and PowerPoint decks for Leadership

Project Management Support

  • Facilitate the development and reporting on project plans tracking progress on initiatives and provide regular team updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget/scope
  • Continually identify, assess, monitor, and communicate issues and risks of a project/activity to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Look for opportunities to drive collaboration with other RSM enterprise services, team members, and internal functional groups
  • Operate in a self-directed manner, identifying and addressing risk mitigation, process improvement, communication, and support needs

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

Bachelor’s Degree Required or applicable experience

 

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, internet/intranet research, prior work with eCRM a plus

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO JOB

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests at once. Relationship- building across levels and functions.  Experience working with executive level leaders in a complex matrixed environment.

EXPERIENCE

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

Required:  5+ years of experience in a project management or relationship management role in business and professional services industry (aligned with RSM service offerings)
