As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines.
- Promote best practices in software development and encourage innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with front-end development workflows including build tools and version control.
- Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
