About the Team

​​​​​​​​​​​We take care of Software Self-Service (SSS), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Endpoint Software in both Windows and Mac OS platform, Software certification, Third Party Software Patching, governance and compliance.

SQL Reporting to present information on users, hardware, software, applications and software updates.
Operating system (OS) deployment to distribute operating systems to devices in an enterprise.
Application delivery which allows administrators to deliver an application to all devices across an enterprise.
Health monitoring which shows client activities and health in the console, and can alert users if health statistics decrease past a specified level.

An SCCM & Intune engineer maintains, configures, and supports desktop technologies using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Intune. They also distribute software, manage patches, and build and deploy software packages

  • Setup and Manage Deployments using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory.

  • Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting of any issues related to SCCM (software deployments, automated builds,,patch management)

  • Maintain and develop existing and new build processes using task sequencing.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and integration processes

  • Develop, build, test and maintain gold images containing operating system and core applications for distribution to virtual server and virtual desktop infrastructure,

  • Ensure monitoring of Data Centre hardware and software for performance and capacity, ensuring responsiveness and availability of services are maintained.

  • Identifies, plans, and drives maintenance tasks and upgrades in line with change management procedures and technical vendor guidelines to ensure quality, integrity and availability of IT services

  • Take part in service delivery processes including Incident management, Request management and Problem management.

  • Perform 3rd party update configuration and management

  • Work on assigned incidents, problems, changes, and projects

  • Evaluate technologies, including assessing how they may be developed or deployed to enhance end user service

  • Be part of and out of hours in call support rota.

  • Develops approaches to improve, streamline and automate the health status of the environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support: Provide technical support to SCCM clients and troubleshoot issues 

  • Deploy: Deploy SCCM systems and software packages to workstations 

  • Manage: Manage boundaries and collections, and monitor SCCM infrastructure health 

  • Analyze: Analyze business systems and evaluate system project requirements 

  • Develop: Develop and maintain build processes, and create gold images for distribution 

  • Test: Test and deploy hotfixes, patches, and new releases to the SCCM infrastructure 

  • Document: Develop knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions 

  • Research: Research new applications and software services to integrate into systems 

Years of Experience:

Minimum 2 year of experience with SCCM & Intune.
