What You’ll Do
Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives:
1. Increase sales and market share of Abbott Point of Care Products.
2. Establishing strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents (e.g., Pathologist, Clinicians, Laboratory Professionals etc) acting in a friendly, respectful, adaptive manner and focusing on the needs and interests of others.
3. Keeping current on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing a variety of resources. Understanding and conveying information professionally and accurately.
4. Effectively planning for and following through with short and long-term results based on business trends by developing plans that include goals, action plans, time frames and the appropriate resources.
5. Keeping current in market trends and competitor’s strategy.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
2. Conveying information clearly and concisely that conveys ideas, answers questions and responds to others and listens carefully to understand the message.
3. Positions products and services using appropriate resources and confident, convincing logic; tailoring sales approach to meet customer needs by utilizing appropriate resources, handling disagreements and objections by exploring perspectives and tactfully addressing them.
4. Gives instrument demonstrations to the customers. Solves instrument problems which occur during a visit right away.
5. Develops and implements plans (e.g., territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
6. Full responsibility to Manage and increase the SGH business in his region.
7. Regularly tracks and reports progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.
8. Completes all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely fashion. Collects information on competitors' sales, prices, benefits and products
