Description : Highly motivated and results-oriented Micro Focus Platform Support Specialist. Responsible for providing technical support for our Micro Focus software platform, ensuring its optimal performance and stability. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Micro Focus platform. • Analyze system logs and identify root causes of problems. • Implement solutions to resolve platform issues promptly and efficiently. • Maintain and update technical documentation related to the Micro Focus platform. • Proactively monitor platform performance and identify potential problems. • Stay up-to-date on the latest Micro Focus product releases and updates. Qualifications: • Minimum 9 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably working with enterprise software platforms. • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure and operating systems. • Proficiency in Micro Focus products and preferably has Micro Focus Administrator training certification
