What You Will Do
Supervise the daily activities of the configuration management team.
Set priorities for the team to ensure the timely completion of tasks within defined guidelines.
Provide informal technical guidance and support to team members.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Oversee configuration identification and control processes for all configuration items (CIs).
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of configuration changes.
Coordinate configuration audits and validations to maintain compliance with requirements.
Support problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure the team adheres to ASPICE guidelines and company procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the configuration management function.
Act as the primary point of contact for configuration-related queries within the team.
Communicate status updates and progress to management and relevant stakeholders.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in configuration management or a related field.
Previous experience in supervising or coordinating a small team is preferred.
Working knowledge of ASPICE and configuration management tools.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to guide team members and resolve day-to-day issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
