  • Responsible for assessing material and component requirements as required by Operations and MRP Need Date.
  • Purchase of relatively complex direct materials, Customer Furnished Equipment, material or components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Identify and process price variances based on procedures when needed.
  • Track and confirm material and component delivery dates from Suppliers ahead of promised dates.
  • Expedite, align, and negotiate material and component delivery dates to support operations' need dates. Includes approval of early shipment, deferring deliveries, and canceling orders whenever necessary.
  • Communicate potential risks at the earliest possible time and recommend mitigating activities to support alignment with the material need date.
  • Assess and process through resolution issues such as, but not limited to, Pre Delivery Variance, Grief, Action Requests, invoices, and stock/delivery mismatches, and defer and cancellation messages.
  • Lead improvements to the process, perform root cause and corrective actions through Core and other tools.
  • Perform Open Order book discussion with the supplier through the MTM (Metrics that matter ) tool.
  • Represents Supply Chain in WAR, MRB, Grief, and other relevant collaborative alignment meetings with different functions to support Operations build schedule and Product Quality.
  • Promise date SALES Order in 527 status and align Sales Order Pick, Ship, and Delivery dates based on the latest supply confirmation.
  • Maintain Tactical Metrics goals CPD, OPD, RD, Commits, and PPV.
  • Contribute to achieving the revenue target month per month across all manufacturing sites & RDC sites.  
  • Consolidate and report on Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Other functions that may be assigned.
  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tactical Procurement of Spares, Insert components and materials.
  • Timely purchase order placement, supplier confirmation, and price variance processing.
  • On-time delivery of parts to the scheduled need date.
  • Issues resolution, including but not limited to AR, Grief, invoice to PO mismatch, and PDR/ NCRs
  • Cancel and defer Orders.
  • Lead Improvements and root cause analysis.
  • Sales Order Management
  • Achieve Revenue Target
  • Manage orderbook and supplier relationships.
  • Willing to be assigned on a permanent Night Shift schedule
