Job Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility to drive the scope and effectiveness of data, analytics and analysis functions at PFS Digital and Deposits (includes BDM).
- The sole point of contact between business and product owners to review all data, analysis, analytics and reporting requests to ensure quality of briefs and deliverables. You are the custodian to ensure correct and accurate data and actionable insights to be delivered to the business and product owners.
- To be a team player and work cross functionally with:
- The Business Intelligence and Analytics unit to append and gather data that is relevant to solve the marketing needs of PFS Digital and deposit project and business briefs.
- To leverage data in order to improve customer journeys across digital assets
- Data Governance and Data Warehouse team to gather user requirements from products owners to migrate structured data for product and business needs.
- IT Developers to manage core system data to meet business and product owner requirements for daily transactional data.
- Adobe Analytics team to tag all digital journeys and campaigns on bank’s assets on mobile banking and internet banking
- To build culture and adoption of an organization of data backed decision making.
- To educate the product and business owner the use of data, analysis and analytics to improve culture of using data and insights for decision making.
- To build dashboards, reports and primary decks for product and business owner to track, monitor and gather insights of their campaign and product launches / performances.
- To ensure the quality of one-down’s analysis, reports and presentation decks prior to sharing / sending to product and business owners.
- To proactively and independently carry out analysis and analytics work to serve department’s annual budgeting, post campaign evaluation, post launch evaluation and journey/ features tracking.
Do you have what it takes? We are currently looking for talents who have:-
- Degree in statistics, economics, behavioral or social science, or related quantitative fields is preferred
- You have +15 -20 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of measurement solutions for global accounts such as marketing mix modelling, attribution, brand lift studies, incrementality analysis
- Demonstrated ability to extract effective stories, and recommendations from large datasets and reports, leading to behaviour change
- Excellent understanding of data flow modeling, database and report design and development standards.
