AllianceOne has an opening for you as a Bilingual Customer Service Expert working at our Port St. Lucie location!

We are currently hiring for professional bilingual customer service experts with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be receiving incoming calls from patients, solving account issues and negotiating solutions. Your responsibility will consist of helping your patient with their best options for payment and assisting them with transactions. We are looking for candidates with the ability to problem solve creatively, while following client and company guidelines and providing accurate information to their customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Onsite position in Port St. Lucie, FL 34952
40 hours per week , 7 days a week
Shifts ranging from 11:30 am- 1 am
PAY: $17.50 - $18.25 (Dependent upon Permanent Schedule)
