You will support warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the warehouse organization. In this role, you will implement warehouse strategy and effectively execute operations to ensure optimum logistics solutions while supporting various routes-to-market, and balancing service and cost. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Maintain alignment with site OGSMs across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement
Balance short-term execution with long-term operational stability
Identify risks and trends (inventory accuracy, service reliability, labor constraints) before they impact production
Ensure continuity of IL6S / DMS routines in a proactive manner
Act as a steward of Mondelez standards while adapting to daily operational duties and tasks
Inbound receiving and inspection processes
Production replenishment and material staging
Finished goods storage and shipment execution
Tank farm operations and bulk material handling
External warehouse coordination and transfers
Strong working knowledge of SAP transactions supporting warehouse and inventory control
Ability to connect physical movements to system integrity
Proactively identify and correct process gaps before they become audit findings
Cross-Functional Experience & Collaboration
Prior experience working closely with Production, Material planning, Transportation and Quality in a Manufacturing setting.
Leads supervisors with consistency and clarity during transition
Reinforces expectations, accountability, and escalation paths
Provides effective coaching in a timely manner
Maintains engagement, morale, and trust while serving in an interim capacity
Ensures continuity of leadership tone and standards
Makes informed, timely decisions within defined authority
Knows when to escalate and when to act independently
Communicates clearly with plant leadership on risks, constraints, and wins
Accountable for the warehouse operations while partnering closely with the Warehouse Manager
Perform other related duties as requested.

Education / Certifications:
HS Diploma Required. Bachelors Degree preferred
Demonstrated familiarity with MES / ERP / planning system / Supply Chains, and at least 3 years of experience creating analytic visualizations and summaries, based on complex data sources, utilizing any of the following tools: MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SQL, etc.
Minimum 3-5 years in Warehouse or Operations experience needed
SAP preferred but experience with managing warehouse functions using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) 3-5 years' experience
Must have 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience

Work schedule: Monday- Friday (Flexibility based on business needs)
