We're looking for a highly motivated leader to join our team! As a PIP Supervisor, you will supervise the evaluation and processing of no-fault claims. Responsibilities include authorizing payments as necessary, approving no-fault denials, independent medical examinations, and Home Office control file referrals, and communicating with appropriate departments to resolve coverage and procedural questions.

Required Qualifications

Supervisor Must be able to:

  • Speak in a clear, empathic, and professional manner by telephone.
  • Document files in a clear, concise, professional written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers, and other employees of the organization.
  • Attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states.
  • Follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
  • Multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
  • Claims experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

First Party Medical/PIP experience preferred

Supervisor and/or SPP/MDP experience preferred
