Role Responsibilities:

Freight & Logistics Management

• Negotiate domestic freight and logistics services.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers, analyze cost structures, and prospect new logistics suppliers.
• Perform comparative freight cost analyses.
• Analyze additional charges applied by logistics providers.
• Monitor ground, air, and ocean freight movements.
• Prepare and update the weekly air freight consolidation report (USA / Mexico / Belgium).
• Participate in the Weekly Transportation Review with LATAM team.
• Issue “Green Light” approvals for air freight (SPOT) processes.
• Request courier shipments (UPS).

Contract & Supplier Management

• Manage logistics contracts, ensuring full compliance with negotiated terms.
• Open PRs for payment of logistics services (warehousing, unloading, truck standby, etc.).

Import Logistics & Inbound Coordination

• Manage import receiving processes and inbound scheduling with the Distribution Center (via Automata calendar).
• Follow up on import processes and update dates in systems/spreadsheets for Planning and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor cut-off dates for international shipments.
• Execute triangular import operations for raw materials and spare parts received at Multilog/Jadlog.

Compliance, Reporting & Governance

• Update the Audit Board with required data and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on International Trade, Logistics, Business or similar
• Solid knowledge of import and export operations.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms.
• Experience with import customs clearance processes.
• Cut-off management and coordination.
• Preparation and delivery of proof of delivery and shipping documentation to customers.
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP).
• Intermediate English skills.
• Intermediate Spanish skills (desirable)
