Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, assisting in the definition of application requirements, and contributing to the design of software solutions that align with organizational goals. This role requires active engagement in planning and coordinating development activities, ensuring that applications are tailored to support and enhance business processes effectively. The position also involves continuous communication with various teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and adherence to project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to work with various SAP services and tools to build efficient and maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
