Our location in Austin, TX or Maple Grove, MN currently has an opportunity for a Global Project Support Specialist.  The role will be an integral part of the Global EP Commercial Organization.

What You’ll Work On

As a Global Project Support Specialist, you will manage and perform administrative support functions for our data collection tool and software’s. You will lead cross-functional projects and serve as the business facilitator. You are responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency while achieving desired outcomes. You will ensure the highest level of data integrity while developing strong data management processes and techniques.

  • Provide training, support, and guidance for global commercial users pertaining to our mobile application
  • Develop and maintain onboarding process for new application users
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain detailed records of issues, solutions, processes, changes, outcomes, etc…
  • Manage and organize information effectively to create division wide communications
  • Anticipate potential problems and resolving them before they impact users when possible
  • Use tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server Management Studio to analyze and solve customer concerns
  • Establish and lead cross-functional teams in support of project initiatives
  • Develop effective professional relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project customers, managers, directors, and others as appropriate.
  • Define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, and reliable

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years experience in similar support role
  • 1+ years of experience with Power BI or SQL Server Management Studio (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, SSMS and other enterprise software programs (SAP & Business Objects) (preferred)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple projects at once
  • Dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Comfortable working with a defined project and coordinating efforts with other teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate information into relevant and actionable insights.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

The base pay for this position is

$57,300.00 – $114,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
