At LearnUpon, we’re seeking a Sales Onboarding & Training Specialist to join our team in Dublin or Salt Lake City. This is a hybrid role, working 3+ days a week from LearnUpon's office.

This role sits within LearnUpon's People team which is made up of Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Partners, and Learning, Enablement & Inclusion, and is vital to our Company’s success. What will I be doing?

As LearnUpon’s Sales Onboarding & Training Specialist reporting to the Director, Learning, Enablement & Inclusion, you’ll be responsible for running our global Sales onboarding program, ensuring all reps are “role ready” in 30 days to build quality pipeline and achieve their ramp targets. You’ll support remote teams, work across multiple timezones and manage competing priorities.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving accountability by ensuring completion of learning to a high standard

  • Measuring the impact of sales onboarding through regular data analysis & reporting and proactively making changes to enhance effectiveness

  • Designing and delivering top of the funnel training to Business Development & Sales team members including outbound prospecting, territory management and discovery. 

  • Designing targeted training based on our sales process to support reps to ramp faster 

  • Delivering engaging and impactful training across a variety of formats to help drive sales performance (in-person, online, e-learnings) 

  • Partnering with cross-departmental teams to deliver relevant training to the sales team

  • Leveraging our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity

  • Developing and maintaining world-class sales training materials, building a content library to facilitate easy access to learning collateral

 

What skills do I need?                                                                               

  • Experience working in a go to market role & track record of achieving targets (business development, sales, marketing etc) 
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through - can own and take tasks through to completion

  • A high degree of confidence and presence when presenting to a sales audience and executives

  • Experience of leading onboarding training for new hire employees, ideally sales or other go to market roles

  • Experience training sellers of various levels of seniority both in-person and remotely via Zoom or similar technology

  • Experience working with a Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)

  • Skilled at delivering live training sessions that drives behavior changes

  • Knowledge of other Sales tech stack apps, e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Slack, G-suite, Sales Navigator, etc

Not required but considered a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Knowledge of the Learning Management System Industry
  • Experience of working within a fast growth company that has scaled ARR to >$100M
