About Us

Central Ohio Urology Group (COUG) is the region’s leading urology practice, proudly serving patients across 15 locations in the Columbus, Ohio area. We're passionate about delivering expert care, cutting-edge treatments, and compassionate service in everything we do.

This isn’t just another LPN job. It’s a chance to break free from the "same old" clinic or hospital routine and step into a specialized, dynamic role at the forefront of urologic care. Whether you're experienced in urology or just getting started, we’ve got a place for you here.

What You'll Do

As an LPN at COUG, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team—where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes.

Your role will include:

  • Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
  • Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
  • Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures
  • Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
  • Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
  • Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You're the "go-to" for specialized procedures: You'll be hands-on, involved, and respected as an essential part of our patient care process.
  • A culture where your voice echoes, not disappears: Our nurses are trusted, empowered, and never overlooked.
  • You're not just an employee—you're family: Join a passionate, tight-knit team that supports each other and puts patients first.
  • Growth starts here: We offer opportunities to broaden, deepen, and strengthen your clinical knowledge and experience within a growing and innovative practice.

What You Bring

  • Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
  • 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus
  • Strong communication, patient service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
