Join our team as a Supply Chain Finance Analyst and play a key role in connecting procurement, operations, accounting, and treasury. In this role, you will develop and implement financial solutions that support the entire supply chain while improving cash flow and strengthening supplier relationships.


About the Role
As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will act as the operational and analytical engine behind our supply chain financing strategy. You will design financial models, run analyses, collaborate with global stakeholders, and lead initiatives that enhance liquidity and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of supply chain processes.


Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
•    Analyze end to end supply chain costs and identify improvement opportunities.
•    Prepare financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and working capital analyses for senior management.
•    Monitor supplier payment terms and evaluate their impact on liquidity and supplier relationships.
•    Design, implement, and optimize SCF solutions, including reverse factoring, dynamic discounting, and payables financing.
•    Collaborate with banks, fintech partners, and financial institutions to negotiate financing terms.
•    Evaluate and support the implementation of SCF technology platforms.
Risk Management
•    Assess financial risks within the supply chain (e.g., currency, credit exposure, insolvency risk).
•    Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
•    Partner with procurement, logistics, treasury, and accounting teams to align financial and operational goals.
•    Build strong supplier relationships and understand their financing needs.
•    Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external financing partners.
•    Identify inefficiencies in current SCF processes and propose enhancements.
•    Leverage digital tools, automation, and analytics to streamline workflows.
•    Track performance of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments.
•    Lead or support cross-functional projects such as system rollouts, M&A integrations, and global expansion initiatives.
•    Prepare business cases and cost–benefit analyses.
•    Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements:
Education
•    Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
•    3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, supply chain finance, procurement finance, or treasury.
•    Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and SCF platforms (PrimeRevenue, Kyriba, SAP Ariba).
Technical Skills
•    Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus).
•    Familiarity with Workday and Teta preferred.
Competencies
•    Strong understanding of financial instruments, supply chain processes, and vendor management.
•    Ability to interpret financial data and prepare clear, actionable insights.
•    Knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and cross border financing.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Languages
•    English: C1 level (written & spoken)
