As a Personal Banker II, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to bank with us. Our personal bankers believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships with our customers, who span generations. They’re empathetic problem-solvers who consistently deliver our kind of banking experience—the kind that makes people want to stop by the bank and say hello.  

What you’ll do:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention of customers
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products. This is necessary to effectively educate customers on these products
  • Provide transactional services to include accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing, as needed
  • Use all opportunities to meet assigned sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and present product and service solutions to our customers in which Frost can best serve their needs
  • Educate and advise customers about products and services
  • Work effectively and amicably with all frost bankers and customers
  • Making outbound phone calls to customers for service, sales and onboarding efforts
  • Keep abreast of current product, technology and industry trends
  • Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention
  • Ensure that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous

What you’ll need:

  • Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:45am-6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am-1:30pm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
