Mission and responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Configurator Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and performance optimization of our software solutions. Your mission will be to design, implement, and maintain robust configuration systems that enhance our product offerings, drive efficiency, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

As a Software Configurator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing configuration processes across various projects. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining configuration management plans, utilizing Axiom and Modelica to model and simulate system behaviors, and ensuring the integrity and consistency of configuration data. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure that configuration management practices align with project goals and timelines. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, provide technical support, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Strong background in software configuration and a solid understanding of Axiom and Modellica software.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required

- At least three years of experience in configuration management or a similar role.

- Proficiency in system modeling and simulation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

- Familiarity with version control systems, scripting languages, and configuration management tools will be advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are critical to ensure accurate and effective configuration management practices.

- English and Spanish at a professional level
