• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Preferred candidates from manufacturing/ industrial background
• Minimum of 7 years of working experience able to handle full set of accounts with at least 1 year in a managerial position in a manufacturing environment
• Good communication skill, a team player with a high level of integrity and trust.
• Familiar with the use of computerized accounting systems and ERP.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

• Monitor and guide shared service team for daily business transactions account booking to ensure the timeliness and accuracy on financial reporting both on US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
• Co-ordination with different functions/departments and involving their inputs to prepare annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast as well as analyze the variances against OP/QR.
• Co-ordination with different functions/departments to prepare weekly Sales/P&L outlook and analyze the variances against OP/QR.
• Work with tax team for VAT/CIT tax reporting and GAP reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly FP&A reporting such as: P&L walk analysis, Sales/SGM details reporting, WCT template, CIP details list, MBR reporting etc.
• Review CAPEX application, spendings and related booking. Manage Fix Assets registration for the plant.
• Manage royalty fee calculation and payment in line with Government requirements.
• Assists the Finance Manager to coach and supervise junior accounting and finance staff.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure that financial reports are prepared in line with corporate accounting policies and meet local legislative requirements.
• Completion of ad hoc requirements from Management and Corporate.
