We are looking for an entry-level Health IT Junior Analyst to join our Leidos ONC Health IT Testing and Certification team to support the ONC Certification Program here at Leidos. The Health IT Junior Analyst position is an administrative support position within the Accredited Testing and Evaluation (AT&E) Lab reporting to the ONC Testing and Certification IT Director – Health. This administrative role is part time, remote with no travel required.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Health IT Jr. Analyst will support testing and/or certification activities for Leidos by coordinating demonstrations of healthcare technology and reviewing records for completeness. Additional duties may include coordinating meetings, scheduling and managing calendars, data entry, assistance with invoice tracking, ensuring customer inquiries are routed properly, providing administrative support to team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree in business, Health IT, or a related discipline, or a willingness and ability to achieve a degree within two years is required. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Health IT testing, interoperability, standards and technologies, certification, or related fields. Experience in a medical environment, such as EMT, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Coordinator, involving administrative tasks or healthcare coordination rather than direct patient care, is valuable. Additional experience in general health informatics, health IT analyst roles, and EHR training and implementation is also valuable.
