Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our team and manage the high volume of IP infringement escalation claims, enhance our IP detection tools, implement robust IP enforcement controls, and perform comprehensive audits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage IP Infringement Claims: Handle and resolve a high volume of intellectual property infringement escalation claims on the ecommerce marketplace promptly and efficiently. Ensure all claims are investigated thoroughly and appropriate actions are taken.
  • Enhance IP Detection Tools: Work closely with our technology and data analyics team to develop, enhance, and maintain cutting-edge IP detection tools. Ensure these tools are effective in identifying and mitigating IP infringement risks.
  • Implement IP Enforcement Controls: Design, implement, and oversee IP enforcement controls to protect our intellectual property on the marketplace. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure these controls are up-to-date and effective.
  • Perform Audits: Conduct regular audits of IP-related activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to IP infringements, prepare detailed weekly reports, and present findings to senior management and executives. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance IP protection strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, technology, and external partners, to ensure a cohesive approach to IP protection and enforcement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPP) is a plus.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IP infringement management, Ecommerce marketplace IP infringements, IP enforcement, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations.

- Experience with IP detection tools and technology.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
