Job Description

Job Summary

    The DVP, Leadership Solutions Sales is responsible for directing, developing and managing daily operations for a team of sales professionals. This position will prioritize department culture and talent retention to grow division efficiency, ultimately impacting fill rate, market share, revenue, and profit.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create, propose, and execute ideas and solutions to overcome people, resources, and competitive obstacles.
    • Enhances individual productivity by optimizing sales management reports.
    • Leads division headcount through ongoing performance evaluations according to proficiency and efficiency standards.
    • Interviews internal and external candidates using a blend of proficiency and performance talent assessment approaches.
    • Holds team members accountable to acquire new skills and increase production through motivation, mentorship, and the Performance Improvement Plan process.
    • Leads cross-functional meetings, sometimes on behalf of senior leadership, to discuss, design, and implement division initiatives, process changes, and team development opportunities.
    • Devises creative project strategies to improve divisional revenue and profitability; while meeting established benchmarks.
    • Takes the lead to develop department vision into practical plans and initiatives that impact team-building, department culture, and cross-functional communication.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 19+ years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
      • Prior experience in leadership

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $158,500 - $198,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
