About Premier Banking

Premier Banking provides Relationship Management to High‑Net‑Worth customers within the Customer Service Network (CSN). Our teams consist of Relationship Managers and Associates across Australia.

Premier Banking supports clients with sophisticated financial needs, typically with lending and investment balances of $1M or more. Alongside helping clients achieve financial growth, we provide superior service to help them better manage their day‑to‑day finances.

We currently have two opportunities available within Greater Western Sydney, with one role based in Castle Hill and the other in Parramatta.

In this role, you will manage sophisticated client relationships through regular contact, quality financial health checks, and strong market awareness.
 

You Are Someone Who:

  • Delivers exceptional customer service aligned to the Bank’s service standards
  • Builds strong relationships by identifying and anticipating client needs
  • Identifies opportunities to provide innovative lending and investment solutions
  • Drives new client acquisition through referrals, branch networks, and external partners
  • Offers tailored suggestions to support clients’ financial goals and growth aspirations
  • Resolves client needs personally, maintaining end‑to‑end accountability
  • Collaborates with specialists across financial planning, investments, risk insurance, commercial banking, and more
  • Maintains regular contact with clients to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
     

We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex mortgage lending
  • Experience in sales roles with diversified products and services
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and commitment to client success
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Certificate IV in lending or similar (preferred)
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation including Deposit Products and General Insurance (preferred)
