What you will do-

Responsible for managing a team (6-8+) of analysts and coordinators, overseeing the performance of field inventory, ensuring accuracy, and driving operational excellence. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs), including Days in Inventory (DII), to support business objectives

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Field Inventory Management:
    Oversee the management and accuracy of field inventory, ensuring compliance with control requirements. Utilize technology and tools to track inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Manage Days in Inventory (DII) to improve inventory turnover rates and minimize excess stock.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting:
    Identify and implement improvements to streamline inventory management processes. Develop and utilize reports, including Power BI dashboards, to monitor field inventory performance. Provide regular updates to leadership on inventory trends, usage, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Drive initiatives focused on improving key performance indicators (KPIs), including DII, inventory accuracy, and product availability. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve field inventory efficiency.
  • Sales Rep Engagement & Accountability:
    Partner with sales leadership teams to provide education on inventory management best practices and operational efficiency. Implement tools and processes, such as operational onboarding and performance snapshots, to drive transparency and accountability for inventory dollars and product usage in the field.
  • Cost Savings & Optimization:
    Lead efforts to reduce costs and optimize field inventory management processes. Successfully launch initiatives that drive cost savings while maintaining high levels of operational performance, ensuring that field assets are utilized effectively.

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field - required
  • 6+ years of experience - required
  • Microsoft Office Suite including PowerBI - preferred
  • SAP (ERP) experience - preferred
  • Customer service or customer-oriented
  • Business analyst experience - preferred
  • Business support experience - preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a global organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Travel Percentage: 10%
