Senior Security Delivery Lead & COE Architect will be responsible for ensuring problem resolution and support user security of all the JCI Enterprise SAP templates including S4/HANA, Fiori, BW4HANA, GRC, ECC, MDG, Solution Manager, SLT and PI. The incumbent provides a framework and templates for gathering, analyzing, and managing security configuration requirements, build the architecture, supports key technical strategies, monitors user access, license consumption and SOX compliance support. This includes making use of Industry best standards from a security design perspective.

This position is responsible managing a team of >5 FTEs and over 5 Consultants

How You will do

• Architect, design and configure the sustainable security solutions
• Lead security implementation for small to large sized projects including S4 transformation deployment projects
• Work on a team engaging in technical exploration, innovation and help introduce industry relevant best practices.
• Oversee and assist with ongoing maintenance of configuration within SAP GRC application
• Monitor and help remediating SoD conflicts
• Provide high level and detailed estimates for security activities in an implementation and rollout projects
• Oversee and act like technical SME for the DevOps security team
• Understand SOX audit requirements and enforcement
• Be an inclusive, supportive teammate

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10 years of SAP security experience with at least 2 years of experiences in SAP Security Lead position
• Must have 2 full life cycle implementation experience
• 3-5 year of experience within large organization implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori security, GRC solutions and roles administration across multiple SAP applications and landscapes
• Ability to build trust and healthy relationships
• Experience with maintaining SOX governance and compliance
• Ability to communicate with a diverse audience worldwide
• Some (<10%) travel may be required
