MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Install, assemble, and test store fixture equipment (shelving, display racks, related systems) at customer sites.

·         Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, providing timely solutions.

·         Provide on-site customer support, including training clients on proper use and maintenance.

·         Document service activities with detailed reports.

·         Maintain tools, parts, and equipment in company vehicle.

·         Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

·         Collaborate with internal teams by relaying customer feedback.

·         Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and reliably.

REQUIREMENTS

·         High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification/associate degree preferred.

·         Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role (store fixture installation/maintenance preferred).

·         Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read blueprints/schematics.

·         Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·         Valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to travel frequently.

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·         Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and calipers.

·         Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.

·         Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied conditions.

·         Basic computer literacy for service reports and mobile tools.

·         Commitment to workplace safety.

·         Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements, including being at least 21 years of age.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

·         Experience with retail shelving or display systems (especially Madix products).

·         Prior customer-facing experience in service or technical support.
