• More than 12 years' experience in a Cybersecurity and/or Strategy & Consulting environment
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (Director level or equivalent) within a Big 4 / top-tier consulting firm, a specialist cybersecurity consultancy, or as a vendor-side senior leader with strong commercial experience
• Deep expertise across one or more of the following domains: Cybersecurity Strategy, Cyber Risk & Compliance, Security Operations (SOC AI), Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security
• Demonstrated ability to develop and close business at C-level (CISO, CTO, CEO) with Tier 1 clients in Portugal
• Strong network in the Portuguese security and technology ecosystem
• Fluent in Portuguese (native) and English; Spanish considered a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate complex security topics at all organisational levels
