The opportunity
We are looking for a new Performance Manager to join our energetic and highly motivated Aura team in Tel Aviv!

As our new Performance Manager, you will play a key role in achieving growth and revenue goals. You will analyze data to exceed clients' delivery and performance expectations, identify growth opportunities, and optimize some of the department’s most strategic activities.

By nurturing exceptional operational and analytical skills, with business acumen and technical know-how, you will support the account management team in turning complex datasets into actionable insights.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform analysis on complex data sets to create actionable insights and maximize revenue opportunities for mobile advertising partners
  • Support the smooth on-boarding and launching of new partners to the platform and continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure optimal advertising for business partners
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign-related issues are communicated and handled quickly and appropriately while providing necessary guidance to advertisers
  • Know all the ins and outs of the Aura product as well as the account management operations
  • Use internal BI and other tools to drive business and process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, with proficiency in Excel & BI tools
  • Client-centric, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for using data to generate insights and drive business results
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, who is willing to go to lengths to help the team achieve success
  • Go getter, not afraid of challenges!

You might also have

  • Previous experience in campaign management, performance analysis and optimization in the Ad Tech industry
  • A knack for taking new initiative and learning new things
  • Experience with SQL
