As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Required experience in SAP Utilities skill.
- SAP Utilities + SAP Datasphere
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Utilities Retail.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services Development.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based applications to meet business needs.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with maintaining compatibility and performance standards across multiple software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Utilities Retail.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
