Job Title: GFx Management Lead
Clearance Required: NV2

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GFx Management Lead to oversee the successful delivery of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO, project management, dependency coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and Project Delivery: Manage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Scope Definition and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor the execution to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
  • Dependency and Coordination Management: Oversee project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in project and program management, with a focus on dependency and coordination management.
  • Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to define project scope, monitor deliverables, and achieve business outcomes.
  • NV2 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
