Our Engineering team thrives on building innovative solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction. As we expand our digital platforms, we’re seeking a MERN Stack Developer with AWS expertise to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications. This role focuses on creating seamless experiences for users while adhering to cloud-native best practices.

This is a hybrid position out of our Pune office.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, and Node.js (MERN) .
• Design and deploy scalable backend services (RESTful APIs/GraphQL) on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Build responsive frontend interfaces with React.js , ensuring high performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, CloudOps) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Optimize database schemas (MongoDB/DynamoDB) and ensure secure, efficient data handling.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay updated on industry trends in cloud computing (AWS), frontend frameworks, and backend architectures.

Required Technical Qualifications :

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development (Node.js, Express, React, MongoDB).
• AWS Essentials : Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, IAM, and AppSync.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration with third-party services.
• Experience with frontend development : React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Material-UI).
• Backend proficiency : Node.js, Express.js, and integration with databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
• DevOps Basics : CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and basic AWS ECS/EKS orchestration.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices.
• Knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with AWS CDK, Serverless Framework or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client .
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Datadog .
• Understanding of security best practices (e.g., OAuth, encryption).
