What you will do 

We are looking for a self-starter Service Manager BMS.

He/she will be able to coordinate the projects under his responsibility in terms of budget, planning, resources. He/she will maintains relations with the customer and he/she will evaluate any variation to the contracts. He/she will produce periodical reports in order to show the project trends to his responsible (Service Director).

How you will do it

  • Manage projects budgets looking for solutions that can improve the profit
  • Manage Maintenance Service Contracts
  • Be responsible for the Operations and P&L for maintenance activities
  • Define project schedule in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availability
  • Comprehend Customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive work environment with the colleagues
  • Build positive relationships with Customers
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with the service Sales team and share information across the organization

What we look for

  • Proven Service Management experience minimum 5 years
  • Problem solving
  • Troubleshooting
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks
  • University degree
