Job Description:

The Channel Development Representative will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business, uncovering new opportunities and driving growth for Red Hat, one of Arrow's strategic partners.

What you will be doing

  • Day-to-day partner enablement and support to drive Red Hat program adoption and investment.  Focuses on partner enablement, marketing plans and activity, to grow and develop Red Hat business at existing partners.
  • Proactively calls and engages partner sellers to grow Red Hat sales and rebuilds under-penetrated relationships within the partner sales and technical teams, by leveraging our Market Intelligence and other marketing resources. 
  • This role will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week/or at partner sites driving partner sales and supporting the partner and Red Hat teams in this motion.
  • Manages and/or supports partner and Red Hat in marketing events, activities, programs, etc. including MDF/Funds management and processing. 
  • Works along side Red Hat Supplier Manager for any data or program dependencies, and execution of marketing and business and enablement plans. Involves other resources (field, brand, engineering, financing, vendor, etc) to address issues. May use resources such as salesforce.com to accomplish job duties.

Experience / Education
5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Viable candidates for this position must be a U.S. Person as defined in 22 C.F.R. § 120.15. U.S. Persons include U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other individuals (like certain asylees or refugees) identified in 8U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$107,100.00 - $150,703.04

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
