Are you a team player with a passion for planning data and an interest in optimizing supply chain processes? Join our dynamic Fill-Finish Supply Planning team as a Senior Supply Chain Planner.

About the Role

You'll work end-to-end with a great number of stakeholders across the site as well as with customers, driving production planning activities for our established finished goods production and our new filling site.

In this role, you'll analyze, identify, and optimize planning parameters in our ERP system SAP, support business as a super user for Drug Product and Finished Goods planning, and ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage production scheduling and stakeholder management to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery.
  • Ensure optimal planning parameters and support the business as a super user for Fill-Finish Supply Planning.
  • Function as a subject matter expert and represent Supply Planning in Tech Transfers/New Product activities.
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and guidance to the business.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (BA) or Master's Degree (MSc) within Supply Chain, Operations Management, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Strong interest in planning parameters and system understanding (super user level in planning).
  • Investigative and analytical mindset, with the ability to make decisions and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and helping colleagues, with a proactive approach to getting things done
  • Pharma experience is not required.

About the Department/Team

The Fill-Finish Supply Planning team is part of the Supply Chain Management organization, which includes Supply Chain Operations, Sourcing, Warehouse, Strategic Planning and Analytics, and SAP Master Data and Compliance. We are continuously strengthening our supply chain organization, securing all functions, and building a truly end-to-end supply chain to serve our customers both internally and externally. Our team is a dynamic group of 6 dedicated Supply Chain specialists within the larger Supply Chain Operations team. We are responsible for end-to-end planning, from procurement of materials to production scheduling, ensuring timely delivery to our customers through close contact with relevant stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. We continuously strive to identify opportunities to improve systems and practices to optimize and streamline our operations.
