Role Purpose

Lead the UAE entitie’s Finance function to ensure strong financial stewardship, accurate and timely reporting, robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, and effective decision support to the business. Own the finance operating rhythm (close, forecast, plan), working capital and cash governance, and financial risk management. Coordinate effectively with shared services and local stakeholders to ensure business continuity, disciplined execution, and value-adding business partnering.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including appropriate accounting treatment, provisions, and critical estimates.

  • Lead the entity’s financial planning and forecasting cadence (monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and long-range planning where applicable).

  • Act as a trusted advisor to country leadership, promoting disciplined decision-making based on data and insights.

  • Partner with commercial/operations leadership to translate business drivers into financial plans and monitor performance vs. targets.

  • Drive cost discipline, productivity initiatives, and scenario analysis to support business decisions.

  • Identify, assess, and manage financial risks across the entity, including credit risk, FX exposure, compliance risk, and operational/control risks.

  • Build and sustain a high-performing finance organization: set clear goals, coach and develop talent, and embed a strong culture of performance, ethics, and controls.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulatory requirements, statutory reporting, and corporate/local policies and strengthen the internal control environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required with an MBA, professional qualification preferred: CPA / ACCA / CMA/ CFA

  • 10+ years progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibility in a country/entity finance role or similar.

  • Strong systems capability: SAP (ECC6) and consolidation/reporting tools such as HFM

  • Advanced analytics and automation exposure: Power BI and Power Automate (or similar).

  • Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.

  • Fluency in English required, Arabic is an advantage.
