Experience working with or within consulting teams (e.g., architecture, engineering, planning) will be considered a strong asset.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard—working closely with project managers, consultants, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Review of project documents and ability to cross reference documents with project requirements
Track project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
Support the preparation and tracking of budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Maintain communication between internal teams, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases
Manage meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes, and action items
Track project tasks, milestones and deliverables to keep projects on schedule
Ensure adherence to company processes and industry standards for commercial interiors and dealership builds
Support quality control and site coordination efforts as needed
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a project coordination role within the design or construction industry
Consulting experience or experience liaising with consultants (engineering, architecture, planning) is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of construction documentation and contract processes
