Location: Ohio (primary); additional support in southern MI and PA; travel required

Position Summary
The Sales Representative – Big Timber is a development role designed to support and help grow a large existing territory in partnership with the assigned Territory Manager. The primary objective is to drive incremental sales growth through strategic field activity, account support, product training, and disciplined follow-up on leads—while building the next wave of sales talent for future territory ownership.
This role is field-facing and supports key distribution partners, lumber yards, and end-user customers, with a strong emphasis on building product knowledge, strengthening dealer execution, and expanding adoption of Big Timber programs and new product launches.
