The Opportunity:

As a CACI Media Coordinator, you will manage the design, production, and delivery of products in support of full spectrum MISO Capabilities to the Department of Defense and its efforts to identify and influence target audiences in the given area of responsibility. You will manage relationships with vendors and ensure quality, efficient production and delivery to customers across the globe. You will provide logistical and managerial support from idea to measurement of effectiveness and be able to properly communicate expectation between the DoD, industry partners, and CACI teammates.

To qualify, you must have an active TS/SCI clearance. This role is located in Homestead, Florida.

Responsibilities:

You will embed with, advise, and manage the product development, delivery, and assessment to Theater Special Operations Commands at all echelons in support of Military Information Support Operations and PSYOP Forces to effectively achieve desired outcomes of the command. The Media Coordinator should have expertise in product design, development, delivery, and assessment and be a capable manager of processes between DoD and industry standards. The Media Coordinator will understand the PSYOP process and must be able to effectively communicate and translate between the DoD and industry.

The Coordinator will be expected to be adept at cross-team management, logistics, general design principles, and creative problem solving. The coordinator should be innovative when integrating with industry partners; be able to create novel approaches and methods to meet demanding and quick timelines that require interpersonal tact and quick timelines, while at the same time being considerate of relevant cultural aspects that could affect the mission, including integration with partner forces and foreign audiences. The Coordinator is required to be effective in the application of technical skill sets as it applies to logistics, small team management, and measures of effectiveness (MOEs) and subsequently providing advice on the application of deliverables to address the mission and commander’s intent.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a Poly.
  • Recent experience managing the design, development, delivery and assessment of products for foreign audiences.
  • Experience working across DoD and industry partners for the purpose of influencing specific target audiences.
  • You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Experience managing logistics and transportation of products to foreign countries.
  • You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development and execution.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working in the DoD community, with understanding of the functions of a TSOC from the team to staff level.
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience, or High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience.

Desired: 

  • Experience in Marketing, Social Media, Event Planning, and logistics.
  • Recent experience in a PSYOP Product Development Detachment (PDD).
  • Spanish Language Proficiency
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and execution from ideation to assessment.
  • More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, PSYOP, or IO units.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA development and CONOP approval briefings, HPEM, execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
  • Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
