We are looking for a person for the position of Global Indirect Procurment CoE Manger. This position must be located in Poland.

You will report to the DIRECTOR, INDIRECT PROCUREMENT, NA WORKPLACE SERVICES & GLOB.

About The Role:

  • Development / ownership of Procure-to-Pay strategies for Indirect and Services & Solution Procurement space. Collaborate with important ISC & GFO partners to assess operational requirements and develop strategies to achieve the overall goals.
  • Oversee the development of and monitor ongoing effectiveness of indirect procurement compliance practices and standardization with a team of Procurement Managers who lead the regional procurement teams responsible for indirect purchasing and support of our Lifecycle Services business.
  • Apply an experience of procurement, as well as overall supply chain management, and 6+ years of experience in order to identify highly complex business problems with end-to-end solutions that deliver RA and Customer outcomes – internal and external.
  • Implement world-class systems of procurement within the full Source to Pay process. Ensure appropriate metrics and tools to optimize performance while working with teams to prioritize and guide implementations.
  • Be fluent in multiple information systems related to procure-to-pay. Work with team members to suggest maintenance and enhancements to business and procurement systems with the goal of improving our ability to meet financial goals and improve responsiveness to customer requirements. Participate in / propose next-gen technology for indirect procurement.
  • Collaborate with senior functional leaders to establish both short- and long-term goals. Act as a catalyst for change to achieve our goals and addressing barriers to change. Develop strategic relationships to ensure through innovation while maintaining cost.
  • Bring expertise to the role by staying current on procurement trends , create optimization and bring the vision for procurement that is fit for the future of Procure-to-Pay across Rockwell Automation.Model of work for this role is hybrid.
  • Master degree in Technical or Business: Economics, Logistics, Production Management, etc.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience working in procurement/sourcing in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Relevant knowledge in strategic sourcing, operational procurement and supply-chai
  • Team contributor – comfortable in leading, international and multi-cultural teams
  • Present results to senior management and work under stress.
  • Ability to build solid relationships with company partners
  • Problem solving oriented and project management skill
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
