As a Service Specialist – Customer Contract Management, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and execution of customer contracts, acting as a key interface between clients, engineering teams and internal stakeholders. You will support strategic client developments ensuring technical requirements are translated into execution plans.
As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Contract Management & Customer Support
Supporting pre- and post-contractual activities and contract administration.
Interpreting and apply Terms & Conditions ensuring compliance.
Supporting claims management and resolution.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
Technical Interface & Requirements Translation
Acting as a liaison between engineering, operations, and customers.
Translating technical requirements into contractual actions.
Supporting offshore and engineering-intensive projects.
Project & Program Support
Supporting service agreements and time & material programs.
Contributing to strategic client services projects.
Supporting risk modeling and performance tracking.
Commercial Support & Continuous Improvement
Supporting sales campaigns and proposals.
Monitoring contract performance and profitability.
Identifying improvement opportunities.
Actively identifies and develops new business opportunities within existing accounts
Supporting revenue growth and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working with Field Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.
Coordinating across stakeholders and internal teams.
Supporting planning and execution activities.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering (preferred), OR alternatively in Business or Law with strong technical exposure; OR expected graduation date of one of these majors until June/2027; OR technical certification + proven experience in contract management for O&G subsea services projects.
Have experience in contract management within Oil & Gas projects.
Have experience working in environments requiring strong interface with engineering, operations or manufacturing teams.
Have good communication skills in English (intermediate to advanced).
Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Have analytical thinking and ability to interpret technical and contractual requirements.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with service contracts and requirements for O&G subsea projects.
Technical background in Mechanical or Automation engineering.
Ability to work in complex environments.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
