A Day in the Life

This role is responsible for managing and supporting local and global benefits processes, compensation-related activities, and HR operational programs across the region. The position ensures accurate execution of HR transactions, continuous process improvement, and collaboration with internal HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders. It is an operational role with strong exposure to global initiatives, system enhancements, and projects related to process optimization, inclusion, and career development. This position will be hybrid in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Administer and support local and global benefits programs, allowances, and compensation-related processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, brokers, and vendors to establish operational standards and ensure accurate execution of transactions.
  • Identify customer-impacting issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in HR workflows, metrics, invoicing, and system transactions.
  • Provide specialized support to managers and employees, offering guidance and applying discretion when addressing sensitive HR matters.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration or related HR process roles
  • Knowledge of HR systems, HR policies and benefits administration
  • Strong customer service orientation, detail-driven mindset, and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Advanced English
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus
