Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As Executive Assistant, you are crucial in the day-to-day business of the US Retail Operations -Legal team. You will play a key role in facilitating communications, managing schedules, and organizing critical information. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to be based out of our Bentonville, AR campus. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively prioritize, and take initiative. This role will support the Vice President and Chief Counsel of US Retail Legal Operations.
 

You will make an impact by… 

  • Demonstrating a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent judgment. 
  • Coordinating and planning projects, events, and business-related activities with minimal direction, ensuring completion in adherence to established timelines and budgets. 
  • Handling administrative aspects of calendar management for leadership and team with minimal or no supervision, prioritizing requests and identifying key attendees.
  • Provides financial and business data management for specified areas, compiling and forecasting divisional data, identifying risks and concerns, and creating reports and templates.
  • Establishing and fostering effective relationships with all levels of internal and external partners. 
  • Managing meetings, including editing/creating slide decks and broad communications, running conference line or webinar/video conference. 
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train, and car service, etc.) and preparing/submitting expense reports.
  • Balancing multiple projects in support of numerous team members both domestic and internationally. 
  • Solving problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. 
  • Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$80,000.00
