What all of us do: Our team is dedicated to building a reliable and efficient solution that provides service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. We support a range of services, including finance consolidation, asset management, statutory reporting, procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. Our work spans from developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and implementing legal updates, all contributing to improved efficiency for Walmart worldwide.

The Team: We are dedicated to providing robust and efficient technology solutions that enhance Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience functions at Walmart. Our scope encompasses numerous service operations including finance consolidation, asset management, statutory reporting, procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. Additionally, we design and implement advanced tools such as HR chatbots, virtual assistants, and invoice processing systems, while ensuring adherence to legal requirements to promote operational efficiency on a global scale. The team operates within a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment, addressing real business challenges and developing solutions tailored to authentic customer needs.
About the job: - Lead and manage key Finance Modernization initiatives, such as implementing S4 Hana, by driving end-to-end program activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive PMO and Integration efforts, ensuring effective execution, alignment with business objectives, and successful delivery of strategic projects.
- Coordinate with business owners and technical teams globally, managing stakeholder requirements and supporting team building through hiring and collaboration.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across geographies, adopting new technologies and contributing to open-source projects to enhance Walmart’s digital landscape.
What you'll bring: - 5+ years of TPM experience with transformational, cross-functional programs
- Strong project and program management skills

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
